Melinda Lopez
 Melinda Lopez is an actress and playwright based in Boston.
Her play SONIA FLEW was first produced by the Huntington Theatre Company and won the Elliot Norton Award for Best New Play. It will be produced at the Steppenwolf Theatre in December, 2006. Her Her other work has received awards from the Kennedy Center and the Mass Cultural Council. She has performed at the Huntington Theatre, Portland Stage,
the Guthrie Theatre, Shakespeare & Co., SpeakEasy Stage, Boston Playwrights Theatre, and Merrimack Rep. Melinda loves being around funny
people as she actually has no sense of humor at all.
